How to get to the Turks & Caicos Islands
Firstly, we would like to mention that the beaches of the Islands of The Turks & Caicos (especially the Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales) are considered to be the most magnificent beaches of the world. People talk about the 'Last Paradises in the western hemisphere'. Due to this evaluation it is no wonder that Turks& Caicos Islands and especially Providenciales has become such an attractive tourism destination.

Numerous beach-resorts, hotels and vacation condominium ownerships up to high-end categories have been established here and do not leave any hospitality desires unfulfilled.

The island called 'Providenciales' or 'Provo' with its modern international airport is integrated in flight schedules of most major US airlines and has become the main destination of the Turks & Caicos on high level standards and Provo has become the island with the best infrastructure for tourism.
'Provo' is an island approx. 50 km long and up to 6 km wide. In the meantime this destination can be comfortably reached also from most major cities in Europe.

We have listed some flight options for you. We have picked the 3 most convenient flights for you:

Frankfurt - Miami - Providenciales:
Departs Frankfurt daily at 10.00am local time with Lufthansa to Miami (nonstop) arriving at 2.00pm local time, connecting at 6.00pm to Providenciales on American Airlines. Return flight with American Airlines departs Provo at 10.00am local time, connecting in Miami at 3.00pm to Frankfurt, arriving at 7.00am local time.

From most European cities - New York - Providenciales:
With most European carriers there are numerous daily non-stop flights to New York. You have to check out if a stopover in New York is necessary for 1 night. Then in the morning at around 9.00 am daily (may change by season) ca. 3hours non-stop flight to Providenciales. Return flight also from Provo to New York approx, arrival in NY in the afternoon 4.30 pm, the return flight overnight to all major European destinations.

From most European cities - London - Providenciales:
British Airways provides two times per week (may change by season) a connection from London with a short stop-over in Nassau, Bahamas (passengers to Provo can stay on plane) to Providenciales. This is very convenient for passengers from all major European cities to London and then directly to Providenciales without having to go through US immigrations. The appropriate return flight is also very convenient, because flight goes out in Provo evenings at around 7.00 pm as an overnight connection to London where you arrive next morning at around 10.00 am so that you can reach almost every European destination before the end of the day.

We would like to point out that there are a lot of other connections to Providenciales, for example with US-Air in cooperation with Lufthansa via Charlotte, North Carolina, USA or with LTU through Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, then with the Caribbean carrier Skyking to Provo, or with Jamaican Airlines through London with stop-over in Montego Bay then further on to Provo. We recommend contacting your travel agent to find out what the most suitable option is for you.
