We are specialized in converting hotels into condo-hotels to eventually manage the condo-hotel units based on rental and maintenance agreements
on behalf of the unit owners. The property is then managed like a hotel, in most cases under a franchise agreement with a brand name.
We are also managing selected vacation rental properties (single family homes and condominiums) in the
Orlando, Kissimmee and Theme Park areas. These homes are short term rental properties which are also rented out and maintained by our company.
H & S - Real Estate & Management, Inc. is a Florida based company, licensed under FL law as a Community Association (CAM) and as a licensed Property Management company. Our principals and executive members have long international experience in the hospitality industry and have high ranking academic and professional designations.
